- 3 / 5By Ry TWe ordered food last night for pick-up. We were told 6:40 and arrived right on time. I sat in the car as my wife went in to pick up 2 x Garden Salads and 20 wings. No food at 6:40. No food at 6:50. No food at 7:00. Our food did not come to the counter until 7:10. We would have left; however, my wife paid right when she went in the door at 6:40. Not the end of the world, but we had 2 kids in the car and the process defeated the purpose of ordering food ahead. Also not looking for freebies, but proper staff/courtesies would have offered a drink, a discount, something.
We enjoy the food here but will not be coming back for take-out. Maybe dine in, but not for a while as there are other options available.November 17, 2016
