  I go to this Chilis often as it is close to my work. During lunch with my grandparents one day last week the ceiling started leaking at the bar and poured all over my food. I got the bar tenders attention and she laughed and said "It doesn't surprise me". I was brought another soup from who I think was the manager after I asked...and after everything and the slow service I had to go back to work. Nothing was removed from our bill. Do not recommend for a lunch break, or a drink by the bar. Might get an unexpected shower.

  The food's decent, well priced and the service is prompt; however, the last handful of times I've tried going to Chili's Bel AIr there's been a 25-30 minute wait...at 7 PM...during the week. The kicker is that on each occasion about 20% of the tables have been vacant. I realize that being short on wait staff is a problem that every restaurant experiences, but it's become way too frequent with this location over the last few years. I really wish I could rely on it, too, as it's one of the few chain restaurants I actually like.
