  This is a gem. From the outside, it looks nothing more than a dive bar. Upon crossing the threshold, however, one quickly realizes that it is much more.
  
  There is seating for a traditional dinner on one side of the building, which could be recommended for a nice date since the atmosphere allows for it. Opposite side is a medium sized bar area, with plentiful seating as well. I have dined on both sides once, but this review is speaking from the bar side experience.
  
  Great selection of beer here. Didn't count, but I'd say at minimum about 15 different brews on tap, with another 25 that are bottled. Styles are well varied also.
  
  The food is quite good here, which surprised me the most. It could nearly be equated to what would be served at a well respected or high end restaurant. Highly recommend the calamari, which is a departure from the norm in that it is not breaded or fried, but lightly seasoned with lemon butter and capers and then baked. Loved it. The menu isn't sprawling by any means, but there is quite the selection. Everything we ordered was very good.
